Diploma legalisation
If you are you planning to work or study abroad, you will often need to have your Dutch diploma legalised. You apply with DUO for this legalisation. You can do so by appointment at our service desks in Amsterdam, Groningen, and Rotterdam. Read more about diploma legalisation

Certified copy of diploma for conversion performance-based grant
At our Service Desks, you can have a certified copy made of your diploma for the conversion of your performance-based grant. Even if you have a foreign diploma. Please bring your original diploma and list of marks. Would you like to have your diploma certified for something else? This is not possible at our Service Desks.
