DUO performs tasks for the Ministries of Education, Culture and Science, Social Affairs and Employment, Finance, and Justice and Security. These tasks relate to education, examinations, integration and childcare. In performing its legal duties, DUO processes your personal data. Retention periods and further information

Your personal data will only be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area for specific purposes, for instance if you apply for student finance as a resident of the Caribbean Netherlands.
